Treats by Mars Facebook Galaxy Festive Hot Chocolate Terms and Conditions November 2023

Please read these promotion rules carefully. By entering this promotion you are deemed to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.

To enter the promotion you must be: (a) UK resident; and (b) aged 18 years or over at the time of entry.
Promotions are not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of the Promoter, its agencies or anybody connected with the promotions.
No purchase necessary to enter.
One promotion is running on Facebook from: 16 November 2023 – 23 November 2023. Entry details relating to the promotion will be posted on Facebook. To participate, an entrant must follow the instructions detailed in the Facebook post introducing the promotion.
Only one entry per person or Facebook account per promotion.
To participate in a promotion, an entrant should visit https://www.facebook.com/treatsbymars and follow the entry details in the promotional post. Entries in a promotion must be submitted between 00:01 and 23:59 on the promotion dates.
The promotion will have 10 winners. Winner will receive 1x Maltesers and Galaxy Hot Chocolate Station (8 x 25g + 20g + 15g + 2-g + 8g + 8g + 8g = 279g), 1x Galaxy Instant Hot Chocolate (370g), Galaxy Instant Hot Chocolate Sachet (2 x 25g) and Galaxy Collection Hot Chocolate Pods(6 x 17g _ 2 x 15g = 132g pods).
The winners will be selected randomly from all entries on the promotional post complying with the entry instructions. The prize draw will take place within three days of the closing date for that promotion.
The promotion result is final and no correspondence will be entered into, except with the winner. Any entry containing obscene, offensive, libellous or anti-social content will be removed from the Facebook page and the person submitting such entry will be disqualified from subsequent Treats By Mars promotions being run by the Promoter in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The winners will be notified within seven days of the prize draw and asked to provide address details to which their prize should be sent. In the event that an originally selected winner fails to provide address details within two weeks of notification as winner, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from all valid entries in that weeks promotion, with the originally selected winner forfeiting their right to the prize.
The winner will receive their prize within four weeks of confirming their address details in accordance with Condition 10 above.
Details of the winner will be announced on the Promoters Facebook page. Alternatively, details of the winner (name and county only) will be available by sending an SAE to Galaxy Vegan Winners, Escapade PR & Marketing, Office Suite 2, Maiden Lane Centre, Lower Earley, Reading, RG6 3HD, to be received by no later than 23^rd December 2023.
The prize in the promotion is as stated and no cash alternative is available. The Promoter reserves the right to award alternative prizes of equal or greater value, should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.
The Promoter is not responsible or liable for any entries that fail to be submitted or are delayed for any reason. Proof of submitting an entry is not proof of receipt with the Promoter. The Promoter cannot be responsible in the event that it is unable to contact a winner, or a winner fails to receive their prize, as a result of having provided inaccurate or incorrect contact details.
Promotion winners may be required to participate in future publicity but will be contacted further if this is the case.
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions or suspend a promotion or extend the entry period without giving advance notice in the event that it cannot be guaranteed that the promotion can be carried out fairly or correctly for technical, legal or other reasons, or disqualify an entrant at any time if the Promoter suspects that they have been manipulating entries or the results or has acted unethically or in breach of these terms and conditions in any way.
By participating in a promotion, an entrant accepts Facebooks terms and conditions, although it is acknowledged that such promotion is not sponsored or endorsed by, nor associated in any way, with Facebook. Entrants release Facebook from any and all liability arising out of or in connection with their entry in a promotion.
Entrants are deemed to have accepted the entry rules set out in all promotional materials and these terms and conditions when participating in a promotion.
If any of the provisions of these terms and conditions are held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part that part shall be severed from the remainder of the provisions and the validity of the other provisions and the remainder of the provision in question shall not be affected.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Winners names and addresses will be held by the Promoters agent, Escapade PR & Marketing for 30 days after the prize draw in which they were selected, after which such data will be deleted. The data is held for this period of time to ensure compliance with the other terms and conditions of the promotion, including arranging for delivery of prizes to winners. Any winner can request for their data to be deleted before the expiry of this period by writing to Escapade PR & Marketing, Office Suite 2, Maiden Lane Centre, Lower Earley, Reading, RG6 3HD, although the Promoter cannot be held responsible if such request means that it is not possible for delivery of that winners prize to be completed.
